Dalian Tongyong Street Lamp Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of street lamps and pole towers, large and powerful. It boasts two tapered pole production lines, fine equipment and strong technical power. The plant occupies an area of 45,000m2, with floorage of 26,000m2. It owns registered capital of RMB 12 million and total assets of RMB 56 million. With more than 200 employees, it integrates the design, development, production and installation service. The major products include the tapered pole, solar street lamp, yard lamp, landscape lamp and high-pole lamp series;traffic pole, monitoring pole, flag pole and high billboard pole series; electric pole tower, communication tower and microwave tower series. Through many years’ marketing, the products have been widely applied in Northeast China and the cities and towns in the whole country, even in Southeast Asia, Korea and Japan etc. Now with its completely new and systematic marketing system, it continues taking part in the marketing and competition actively. I. The Company expands the construction and brings in two pole production lines. And make use the effective management mode and means to ensure the product quality, reduce and control production costs, pursuing lowest production cost so as to benefit customers.  

II. Led by the value of market demands, centering on the customers’ (colleagues’) target price, regard customers’ satisfaction as its task, adhere to the long and medium term marketing strategic policy that “less profit, more sales volume, and honest manufacture. 

III. Provide customers with complete, systematic and scientific technical consultancy, product design, type choosing and installation consultancy etc before sale. 

IV. Provide customers with active and complete cooperation in manufacture supervision and inspection, installation and debugging service; or provide experts to guide the site installation and debugging services of street lamps.  

V. Provide customers with maintenance service after sale, which will be free if within the quality guaranty period; otherwise only charge the cost. Provide the timely, considerate, enthusiastic and efficient maintenance service.

I. Strictly follow the procedures of ISO9000 quality management system, have the product design, organize the production and carry out the product inspection according to the industry standard, enterprise standard and customers’ technical specifications, promise to provide customers with products in conformity to contractual technical specifications.    

II. Promise to provide lamps in conformity to the contractual quality requirements. Within the quality warranty period specified in the contract, any damage and trouble caused by the defects of the design, manufacture, materials and outsourcing parts, we will offer the free repair upon the purchaser’s written notice and replace or maintain the defective street lamps according to the actual situation.  

III. For the quality problem beyond our responsibility or the problem of customers’ old products, we will actively assist customers in finding the solutions.
